Brooklyn Hoods

Mama Mia came to us on 6/4/16 from Holbrook while she was pregnant. The boys were neutered on 9/7/16 and can live with ladies beginning 9/28.

Mohawk is a gregarious, adventurous rat, a great climber and leaper, and clearly eager to learn tricks, if only someone had the time to teach him.

Olaf is the quintessential lap rat — loves to be held and petted, and will sit still on your lap for long periods, gradually getting sleepy-eyed.

Bumble is on the shy side, but doesn’t mind being held and loves to ride around in pockets, sticking his nose out to sample the olfactory data at relatively high altitude.”

UPDATE 12/30/16 on Leticia’s boys:

“Timothy Q is active but can be nervous in new situations, loves hanging in a hammock, easy going with other rats and humans, rat experienced preferred.

Spike is very active, easy going with other rats and humans, good for anyone.”

UPDATE 3/24/17 on Leticia’s boys:

“Ducky and Flip are Holbrook boys who have been waiting for their forever home for far too long. They are initially cautious but a yogie goes a long way to draw them out of their shell. Both boys love to explore during play time but also check in for quick cuddles.”
