UPDATE 1/18/20:

“Mitzi is getting much better with handling and is sweet, curious, and friendly. She eats from our hands and it is possible to hold her for a bit before she gets a little too busy. She will stay for hours in a hoodie.

Gertie, however still likes to hide. She allows us to pet her in the cage and has started to eat from a spoon we hold for her. We are continuing to slowly work with her. An adopter would need to be willing to take some extra time and effort with Gertie.”
