These boys came to us on 1/30/19 because their owner had too many pets.

#2019033N, “Poseidon”, Rat, Pink-Eyed-White, Standard Ears/Standard Coat, Male, DOB: 08/30/2018, Spayed/Neutered?: No

UPDATE 2/18/19:

“Both boys are very curious and energetic. Zeus is a bit more playful, and loves to be tickled. Poseidon is a bit more reserved and takes a little more time to warm up but has been known to give some kisses. They love attention and every morning and night they’re jumping at the cage door until someone says hi. They get along so well together and spend their days cuddled up in their hammock and nights wrestling around the cage. No hesitation to take food from you, and Zeus is so close to walking out on my arms all by himself. They’re very neat too, no cage thrashers here. They must go together as they are definitely bonded. They would do well with first time owners or experienced. Not sure how they’ll do with other rats as we haven’t had them interact with ours, but I’m fairly sure with proper introductions there would be no problem.”
