UPDATE 8/10/20:
“Jenny is becoming much calmer and braver. She’ll allow brief pets if she’s relaxed in her hammock. She also loves to play with a mylar/crinkle ball. We’ll move it around and she’ll bring it back to us. It’s like a little game for her.
Valerie is still shy and doesn’t want pets but she’ll act like she wants to climb up you when the door is open but scurries off when we try to pet her or lift her up. She LOVES her wheel and spends so much time running on it. We ended up mounting a Silent Spinner to the side because everything else she’d move around or it would make noise from her running.
Both girls come running to see us in the morning and are excited to get attention, just on their terms. We hope to introduce them to Rocky soon and Bailey on he’s healed up. Both girls should definitely go to an experienced/patient adopter that will continue to help them come out of their shells.”
