Momma Lilya came to us from the Ithaca Rescue, and her babies were born on 11/27/19.

UPDATE 1/12/20:

“The babies from this litter are typical hyper rattie babies! The males are a bit more laid back than the females which makes them easier to handle (they don’t nip, they’re just a bit jumpy). All babies spend time in the bonding pouch regularly and love spending time in the playpen climbing around and chasing each other (males separate from females of course). The boys are trying to figure out the wheel but the girls have no interest. Everyone gets along really well with our two neutered males and the boys also spend time with our intact male. Everyone gets along great!

All from this litter are good, non-fussy eaters. They primarily eat Oxbow rat diet and Harlan Teklad lab blocks. For treats they especially love carrots, banana kale puffs, multi-grain cheerios, and hard boiled eggs.”

UPDATE 1/19/20:

“Susie and Zelda are both very active girls. They tolerate being held but prefer to be running around! They really enjoy spending time in their playpen and recently discovered the wheel.

Abe and Moishe are pretty laid back. They enjoy sleeping in their hammock and eating banana puffs!

All of these babies spend time with our neutered males. Abe and Moishe also regularly hang out with our un-neutered male and everyone gets along great!”
