Squishy came to us on 4/2/21 from a snake food breeder who was given him as food stock, but he was too friendly.

UPDATE 4/20/21:
“Squishy is quite a large, chunky man, that when he first came to me, was described by the owner as aggressive to other males. He was neutered just a few weeks ago so I have not yet tried to introduce him to anyone, so match making is still to be determined. He would probably love some girlfriends, but he may do well with boys in a few more weeks.
He is still quite scared of me, but I am making some progress. He is difficult to scoop from the cage still, but within a few minutes of holding him snugly, he calms down. He has shown no signs of aggression towards me. He is just still frightened right now. We are working on the litter box, but so far he hasn’t used it too much. He will get there!”
