Ratigan came to us on 10/11/21 from another shelter that didn’t have space. He was surrendered there after being found abandoned.

UPDATE 10/14/21:
“Ratigan is a sweet old man that does his own thing. He’s very interested in us and loves when we talk to him, he’ll chatter back. But he does not want to be touched or picked up. No signs of aggression towards us, just hides/runs. He has no problem coming face to face if the door is closed and will cautiously take food from our hands. He does not appear to show any interest in the boys housed beneath him. We can try some neutral time out with them all.”
