Otis came to us on 10/15/21 from another shelter after he lost his cagemate. He has a history of behavioral needs and a poor reaction to anesthesia, so he cannot be neutered to help with his temperament.

UPDATE 3/4/22:

“Otis deserves as much attention as I can give him. He’s such a nice, sweet boy. Absolutely a sweetheart! He is still quite shy but is making progress daily.

Otis doesn’t like me to pick him up out of the cage and wont climb onto my arm, BUT, he lets me pet him and once out he is completely fine, comes to me and climbs on me and plays with other rats very well, he’s a gentle boy.”
