UPDATE 9/24/23:

“What a great group of boys ! Friendly, and curious. The boys will hear me coming and are all at the front of the cage. They will all explore a proffered hand/arm, sniffing and licking. Everyone will take any food tidbits very gently, run off to enjoy, and come right back for more.

Oscar is the oldest of the 3 most chill in terms of being pet and picked up. He is an explorer and a climber just like George, and is happy to sit on my shoulder for a photo shoot.

George does not like being picked up, either from the cage or during free range, and will try to escape, squeaking mightily. But if it’s during free range, he’s just as likely to come right back and climb on me. He’ll then allow himself to be picked up, and settles enough to be put back in his cage. He is a big fan of climbing all over me during free range.

Floyd ( George’s brother) tends to behave in a similar manner when having to be picked up, though not in such dramatic fashion. He’s not a big fan of being touched in his cage or during free range, but loves to climb and explore. He and George look very much alike, though Floyd is a bit smaller and is missing a paw, though this does not slow him down at all.”
