OLD MAN RETIREMENT VILLAGE
These boys were born in MRR custody or surrendered as babies, so have known MRR love for life. Their last owner surrendered them before hitting the road. Although intact, they make brotherhood and old age look good. These guys LOVE their FOOD! Leticia had to catch this camera-shy crew—you guessed it—at the food trough.
Sweet Holbrook Hoard rescue boy Andre of the Mishmash litter (6/3/2016) was hand raised by MRR Susie. Check your pockets if you visit, though; Andre likes sweatshirt cuddles almost as much as treats.
Even at age 2+, Native Tree boy Birch (3/17/2016) plays escape artist during cage cleaning. Note how Birch preserves his strength by eating “breakfast in bed”!
