UPDATE 8/14/25:
He’s the sweetest guy. He doesn’t run into his hut when I approach anymore and is becoming very chatty…especially when I have a carrot lol. Mocha would probably do great with a friend, who would help him gain confidence.
UPDATE 7/24/25:
Mocha is settling in nicely. He loves his extra large hut. I can approach him if I pick it up, and he stays still for scratches. He’s not a fan of being picked up but settles quickly.
He is now taking his vitamin C treat right from my hand, and that is amazing. So far he loves apple, zucchini and green leaf lettuce. Bell peppers he will eat but is not as excited for them.
He’s sweet and chill and I think he will make someone very happy.
