UPDATE 4/27/21:
“Merlin’s the sweetest, most tolerant, sociable boy imaginable. He runs to the cage door even when someone is just crossing the hallway near his room. He loves to be picked up or even just have someone talk to him. He’s watching us all the time; I think he was in our house two hours before mastering the tongue click we use to call the rats.
He’s a small/medium grownup sized rat but he’s a very lively boy and would love a friend to play with. I think he’s lonely by himself. His play manners are excellent; no rough mouthing when playing tag and he listens if you squeak at him. I really cannot say enough good things about him.”
