UPDATE 12/25/22:
“PB has a tendency to be cage aggressive; I have used lots of caution with her since day one. She did in fact bite me hard on 2 or 3 occasions, one of which was completely my fault as I went in to pick her up quite quickly, without warning and from above. The other times I believe she thought I had something tasty. I can pet her in the cage but I do not linger with my hand. I do not change hand feeding her small foods either. All three used to be VERY snatchy but I think they have gotten much better about gently taking food, unless it is super yummy at times. PB is the only one that has eaten a treat while out of the cage.
Marceline is quick to come say hello. She can be pet in the cage easily. She will test nibble, somewhat on the hard side, but has never drawn blood or even left a mark. I usually ‘eep’ when she does and have not had any problems with her. She will try to run from being scooped up and is a jumper but she is pretty sweet and in my opinion kinda awesome.
Gunther is still pretty timid, but she has progressed a lot from when she first came to me. She never approached me or would even take treats from me at first. She will come right up to me every morning when I go to say hello. She will run and even scream if tried to be picked up but will always come running back to you when you tap the cage with your fingers as if to play or see if you have something tasty.”
