UPDATE 8/18/22:

“Luna is an active and outgoing rat. She is curious about people and love to explore. She adapts pretty quickly and likes to interact with people. She is not used to people touching or holding her, but she is getting familiar with this idea and doesn’t struggle much when treat is involved. She has a habit of nipping people’s finger or any skin exposed because she thinks everything is food. These nibbles don’t usually hurt and she is getting better at differentiate hands and food, but she would need further training. She is a little pushy when meeting new rats but not overly dominant.

Lucille is relatively shy but pretty gentle. Once she gets used to her environment, she also likes to explore (although cautiously). Since she stopped nursing the babies, she gained a bit weight and had some fur grown back. She is still pretty skinny though. She is a bit clumsy because of her head tilt but otherwise active. All three rats love to run on the wheel! She also nibbles on skin sometimes and doesn’t like to be held. She is pretty submissive with other rats and doesn’t want to get into any arguments.

Lindsey is super active but a bit sensitive to sounds and movements. She is not afraid of climbing on humans but doesn’t enjoy being held. I think she will be a sweet rat with continued socialization, but she would need guidance from other rats when exploring new environments.”
