Both Seniors

UPDATE 9/5/23:

“Lily definitely still has some work to be done, I really think she would do best with someone who has owned rats before. I don’t think she’s quite ready or the right fit for a first time owner. She’s made big strides but it’s much slower going with her.

Rosie is a track star. Her favorite activity is running on her Wobust Wodent Wheel and boy can she run! Her second favorite activity is nesting. She loves to pull apart paper towels and cardboard and collect them all together. Eventually, her sisters will join in and create a giant pile of nesting material in one spot in the cage but it is almost always Rosie who starts it and maintains it most. She will almost always take right back any nest material you move out of there to reassemble their throne. Rosie allows lots of pets as well, especially when she is in her wheel. She also enjoys hanging out with you on your chest, which has been her latest biggest accomplishment in regards to her becoming less shy. She has really come a long way in coming into her own since being fostered.”

UPDATE 5/15/23:

“Everyone is pretty nervous about being picked up still but do allow it and settle in okay when moved away from their cage and comfortable in your arms.

Rosie is the most shy of the group, she loves to lay in a big pile with her other sisters. She likes to observe from afar. She also loves running in her wheel!

Lilly: She’s very curious and outgoing and will accept back pets.”
