UPDATE 4/12/25:
Cloud and Moon are slowly but surely opening up!! The girls are learning to like pets, especially when they’re cuddling together in the sputnik.
They still are not too keen on being held, but Cloud will definitely approach me to say hi when the cage opens up.
Moon is a bit more shy, but opens up when offered treats 
They are curious, sweet girls who would do great in a home with calm and patient humans!

Cloud (PEW Rex) Cloud is doing great!! She is overall somewhat skittish, but will consistently take food from my hands and does tolerate occasional cheek and chin scritches, an improvement from when I first got her. She loves mealworms and blueberries, and loves to cuddle up with her sister, Moon. She does not like being picked up.
Moon (Black with white belly) Moon is very sweet with other rats, but pretty skittish with humans. She doesn’t like being picked up or pet, but she will take food from your hand if offered gently and slowly. She is in need of an owner who can provide a quiet area with plenty of time to coax her out of her shell and make sure she feels safe and comfortable. She loves sleeping in her sputnik and ripping up newspaper for nests. She has never bitten, and gets along well with other rats.
