Chrona

WELCOME TO MRR SANCTUARY, CHRONA!
Chrona came from the big Holbrook hoard 2 years ago. One of two just-weaned boys who crawled to choose me–twice–he proved sweet, quiet and thoughtful beyond his weeks. He was also a bit ambisexual and a touch sad, so Audrey M. named him for anime Soul-Eater Chrona. Some thought I was saying, “Chronus” (Greek God of time), chrona (Greek for color) or even Corona (a beer)! Chrona came when called, just the same.

Unlike many boys, he loved his wheel. But I had to rework the cage. He loved to hop on top and ride across as a girl did the legwork; that way he wouldn’t drop far upon dismount. He took right to baby Stash, the sole survivor of Holbrook Precious’ litter of six. Chrona and Stash were adopted together. After Stash passed, Chrona was surrendered back to MRR so he wouldn’t be alone. He now lives with foster Nicole for Sanctuary care where he lives with Nicole’s own Big Poppi, happily snuggle, sleep and eat through their senior years.
