UPDATE 9/5/24:
Chowder is a sweet and laid back boy.
He loves to chew on his cardboard and run on his wheel. He doesn’t mind being handled at all and appreciates a sunflower seed treat!
He will need to be paired with another single male gerbil using the split-cage introduction method. It is very important to introduce gerbils properly or they will fight and injure each other.
Fortunately, Chowder has a calm, agreeable nature so he will be easy to pair. He is a really great gerbil!
