Charles

2023-10-19T17:20:50-04:00

Charles came to us in August 2021 from a different shelter - he was biting and unable to make friends. After a neuter he was able to meet some lady friends, but still not human-friendly enough to be adopted out. He loves meeting all the other senior Sanctuary ladies in his foster's home. UPDATE 2/6/22:

Otis

2023-03-15T10:10:52-04:00

Otis came to us on 10/15/21 from another shelter after he lost his cagemate. He has a history of behavioral needs and a poor reaction to anesthesia, so he cannot be neutered to help with his temperament. UPDATE 3/4/22: "Otis deserves as much attention as I can give him. He's such a nice, sweet boy.

Shelby

2023-03-15T10:11:13-04:00

Shelby originally came to us as Aly in July 2019 from an owner who had too many pets. She was adopted a month later, and then returned to us 2 years nearly to the day of her adoption. Her cagemate had passed and owner was unable to take in more rats to keep her company.
