BestBuy was born into MRR custody on 11/29/24 from a mouse who came to us pregnant from another shelter that had taken in mice from a hoarding situation.

UPDATE 3/10/25:
Best Buy has become much more human oriented. When he hears my voice, he will emerge from his nest or hammock, climb to the top of the hammock, and wait for me to open the tank cover to give him a treat. Gerber Puffs are his faves. He also loves bits of fresh foods such as melon, pea pods, cornbread, chicken and cucumbers. He prefers not to be picked up from his cage, but he will get into his customized toothpaste box for transport from the tank to the play area and back. He will also climb onto your hand if you lay it flat in the play area. He’s a curious and friendly little guy!

This little mini-mouse, born on Black Friday, is so cute!
He is very curious and friendly, and will explore your hand if you put it in the tank. You would need to be careful trying to pick him up because he is FAST! He loves running in his spinner, customizing his hides, and stashing treats in secret locations for later.
He would make a great solo pet, or a nice companion for a group of females.
