UPDATE 6/27/24:
Ben and Bandit are shy little guys, but are slowly learning to trust us. They sniff our hands curiously, especially when we have the scent of other rats on us, so they may do well being introduced to other boys or spayed girls.
They are starting to allow a few cautious pets, so they certainly have the potential to become sweet boys for experienced rat parents. They can be handled/picked up if you approach cautiously (they will squirm and maybe squeal a bit, but won’t bite).
