Cheese Danish came to us with his brothers Bone Broth & Creme Brulee on 3/22/25 because their owner no longer had time for them. Due to their age and ongoing medical issues, they were all given sanctuary status.

Fostered by Stacey in Sandy Hook, CT.

UPDATE 4/15/25:

Bone Broth, Cheese Danish (Chibi) and Creme Brulee (Cremble) are three brothers who were loved and cared for until their people had to give them up. These boys are all very easy to handle, super sweet, and love attention. They all know their names and usually come when called.

Cheese Danish (Chibi) is outgoing and confident. He’s also easy to handle, and is the boy with some special needs. He’s been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in his front feet, which get red and swollen if not properly medicated. He gets Meloxidyl once a day. This mediaction has increased his mobility and definitely decreased the pain he was feeling when he first came to MRR. He walks easily and travels all over the DCN. He’s easy to medicate by mixing the Meloxidyl into some fruity baby food (he really likes apple, banana, peach, and strawberry) and putting it on a plate for him. On the rare occasion he doesn’t finish it from the plate, he eagerly licks it off a fingertip.
