UPDATE 4/30/25:
Hershey is an active rattie! During playtime she is all over us, her cardboard playhouses, and the other rats. She loves to jump and get to the highest point she can, often climbing on me.
Lucky is more of a timid lady but still very friendly, especially once she is out of the cage. She loves pasta, especially orzo, but she doesn’t like carrots.
Both ladies have gotten very friendly and will come right up to the cage doors when opened. They can be squirmy when handled, and prefer to climb on their humans. They’ve gotten pretty good about using their litter box and not soiling their hammocks.
