UPDATE 9/7/19:

“Gino has come around to be the most handle-able, and he has started hitching rides in my sweatshirts. Cruz and Trek aren’t terrible, but they prefer to come out on their own terms, not to be picked up–they tolerate it okay, they just try to wiggle free. All three boys are very interested in what I’m up to and will come right over to say hello and get some scritches and/or snacks.

They have recently discovered their love of banana chips! We have also been introducing a variety of fresh foods and so far the group favorites are peas and watermelon, with Gino also enjoying sweet potato and the other two not quite understanding how to eat it.

None of the boys nibble or bite; they are perfect gentlemen.”

UPDATE 11/30/19:

“They’re all a little nervous to be picked up but very willing to come see what I’m up to and accept snacks. They all love fresh foods now and will eat pretty much anything that I offer them (banana chips are, of course, still a favorite). I think they would just love to have some more space to romp around, the laundry room over here has been explored to its fullest and they are trying to break into every other room down here to investigate. They have recently discovered the joy of destroying paper bags so that has been their most recent obsession – Trek especially will drag a giant shaws bag around the entire floor to try and find a quiet place to rip it apart.”
