UPDATE 4/30/18:
“The girls are doing well. I can handle all of them. However, they are not particularly cuddly. They have not bitten me out of fear, just a nibble mistaking my hand for food. I believe they are ready for adoption. I think the 3 are bonded and too shy for small kids. The adopter would need to be patient with and give them time and space to adjust.”
UPDATE 7/8/18:
“How I love these ladies! For all they have been through between growing up in a breeding facility and being nearly frozen to death they are the sweetest!!! No one enjoys being picked up but they all tolerate it well. When out free ranging they are super social- crawling all over me and every obstacle possible.
Elsa is bravest, friendliest and funniest. She is always in front of the cage ready to play. Anna spends her time with my elderly neutered boy, observing the world more peacefully. Gerda explores with her tail straight out behind her. She is probably the most nervous being picked up but loves to explore me when out of her cage.
These girls should be afraid and angry but they are loving and sweet and funny. A must at their new house is a wheel and a family who likes to be amused!”
