Willow came to us because her previous owner was unable to house her where they were living. She came into our custody on 4/10/16. She came to us already pregnant and her babies were born on 4/22/16. They are ready to go home as early as 5/27. Their foster mom says they are all zoomy cuties!
Fostered by Lena in Waltham, MA.
UPDATE 4/20/16:
Willow is content to sit on my lap. She is pretty laid back and easy to pickup. She is calm and likes to snuggle and explore.
UPDATE 6/19/16:
“These girls are little sweethearts. They love it when I put my hand into the cage and they’ll come over and groom me until they get bored! They’re curious little adventurers and rarely sit still. One of their favorite pastimes is to bother uncle Ron by chasing him around until he gives up and falls asleep into a big pile with them. The only struggle with them is, since they’re so active, they do not like to be picked up and they are very tough to catch most of the time. Slique is usually the calmer one and can be scooped up, but Raspberry Beret makes me work for it!”
UPDATE 7/4/16:
“The girls are growing sweeter and friendlier every day. Slique is pretty happy with being picked up now. Little RB still doesn’t love it, but both girls are happy to go on a shoulder ride. They also love some (well-supervised) outdoor time, either sitting on my shoulder and taking in all the smells or resting on a lap and taking a sunny nap.”
UPDATE 9/20/16:
“The little ones have grown into typical girls–very active and playful. They still like to play hard to get, but would do very well with someone who understands that they will come to you when they want physical affection! They never bite or are rude at all. Both of them are so sweet, and I feel so sad that just the two of them have grown up with me while all of their siblings went home as babies.
Momma Willow is as calm and friendly as ever. She does have a bit of a playful side, and is definitely more interested in receiving kisses than her daughters.
All three would be happy to go home together, but the little ones could also go home as a pair while Willow stays with her old pal Ron.”
