More than just a pretty face, this gal is ready for new friends and adventures.

Her foster siblings, sanctuary rat MRR Babble and my personal rat Snoop Ratty Rat (not available for adoption) have been teaching her how great it can be to be a pet rat. She is learning valuable lessons like how many rats can fit in a mini muffin box and you should always find your own Cheerios, don’t take the one another rat is eating! They are also teaching her how to trust humans. She would love a home with human confident rat(s) that can continue to show her the ropes of being a pet rat.

Lily Bug would also like an experienced human who understands that young rats sometimes explore with their mouth and that is different than biting. She can be picked up, but prefers to be moved inside her muffin box while she gets more comfortable with hands. She has already been taking puffs and strawberries from my hand and comes out of her hide to see me when I enter the room. With a little patience she has the potential to be a lucky someone’s heart rat.

Lily Bug

[133

post-35361","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-previously-adopted-2025
["GET
