He was made a sanctuary rat as a companion to Jerry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fostered by Anthony in Albany, NY.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Phil is still coming out of his shell. He doesn&#8217;t enjoy being picked up and will often retreat to his hide when approached. Despite this, he&#8217;ll stick around for a nice scratch. If he gets half a chance, Phil will cram as much food as he can in his mouth and go off to enjoy his private meal.
