He became a sanctuary rat due to ongoing medical issues. When solo rat Phil was surrendered, Jerry &amp; Phil became fast friends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fostered by Anthony in Albany, NY.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Straight from the start, Jerry has been a very confident, outgoing rat. Despite arriving on his own and in a new environment, he wouldn&#8217;t hesitate to come and greet you. He&#8217;s a feisty guy, proactive with introductions and always ready to groom a new friend.
