He was then adopted, but was returned on 4\/21\/25 when his owner did not have time for him.  Due to his multiple movements, age and some medical conditions, he became a sanctuary rat and companion to his bestie, Shoes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fostered by Kelly in North Providence, RI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Laces is a little shy, usually found in his favorite sputnik and happy to remain there for pets and cuddles.
