He has some serious “little-brother” energy. Always looking to cuddle his brothers and happy to take a yummy snack! Loves pea fishing and taking long cozy naps in his favorite hammocks.Just an overall squishy lovebug.

Pumpernickel is the medium sized boy of this group and he is the most shy.
He is laid back and calm but a smidge more timid than his brothers. Still as friendly and squishy as his brothers and definitely food motivated! Loves to make a cardboard box fort and tear it to shreds!

Sourdough is the biggest of the bunch! The “big man” of the cage always makes sure his brothers know he is in charge, while also taking good care of his smaller companions. Always making sure they are freshly groomed and looking spiffy. A bit of a handyman too, given he likes to destroy his toys and combine them to make all new creations! Sourdough is never sleeping alone, always with Bagel in the hammock or Pumpernickel in his box fort. He is a big squish and has turned out to be a lovely boy!

UPDATE 6/18/25:

These friendly fellows were named the “Dough Boys” because of their squishy qualities! They are super sweet, friendly and handleable. These brothers love each other and have a strong bond. They would make great first-time pets, or do well with more experienced rat owners.

Bagel

Pumpernickel

Sourdough

Sourdough, Pumpernickel & Bagel

[133
130
post-34729","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-previously-adopted-2025","tag-kid-friendly
["GET
