They are quite unique in that they are Huskys, or “Roans”, thought to have originated from Eastern Europe or Russia, but have become more popular in the U.S. lately. And not only are they Huskys, but they are Dumbo-eared, Rexes as well. So they are quite a beautiful sight to see! Oh, and I must say… they are very BIG Huskys as well. These are not your typical 1 pound rats, they’re about twice that! And they’re not overweight, just BIG! They are fun and friendly, but have not ever been introduced to any outsiders so they might not be the best rats to add to a current mischief. But if it’s a couple of big, strikingly beautiful , energetic, friendly, amazing, intact males you are looking for…these are your boys! And they have never had any behavioral issues, not so much as a cursory nip. They are 100% perfect for children.”

These boys came to us on 4/17/21 because their owner had too many rats.
