PLEASE NOTE! At this time we are only shipping orders to the US and Canada.
All orders are shipped via either USPS or FedEx, and you will be allowed to choose the preferred method during checkout. For local customers, there is the option of picking up your order directly. Please contact us prior to ordering to arrange an appropriate time and date for pick up. The store is run from home, so please keep in mind there is no physical store you can visit to purchase your items.
While shipping insurance is not required, it is strongly recommended. While we do our best to securely package all items, Mainely Rat Rescue is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. For FedEx customers ONLY, insurance is included in the shipping cost automatically, up to $100.00 For USPS customers, there is a box during checkout you will need to click in order to add mailing insurance to your order.
All in-stock orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. Please allow additional time for orders made on Friday-Sunday.
