Scarlett and her sister came to us on 10/25/18 because their owner was moving and couldn’t bring them along. When her sister passed, Scarlett found new friends in Happy and Margaret.
Happy is an original Holbrook rat who came to us on that fateful day in June 2016 as a tiny baby not more than two weeks old. She was adopted with a sister a few months later, but they came back to us as seniors when their adopter had to move and didn’t want to put them through that stress in old age. When her sister passed, Happy joined first Scarlett and then Margaret as well.
Margaret came to us already as a senior in November 2018. She has lost both her original cagemates and her previous Sanctuary pals, but is glad to have plenty of companionship once again!
