UPDATE 8/27/17:

“I think they are fairly young.  They are super playful!  They play wrestle with each other a lot and during cage free time they are always running and exploring.

Sweet Pea is accurately named – she is a really sweet, gentle girl.  She loves to be held and likes to climb on my lap, shoulders and chest.  (I have a lot of “action” photos of her trying to get me to hold her.).

Tessa does not want to be picked up, but she does like to climb on my lap and into my arms.  So I guess she likes being held when she’s the one who initiates it.  She is a friendly, curious, playful girl who simply doesn’t like to be picked up.

Millie is also very friendly, loves to play, likes to be held and have her head rubbed.  She nibble grooms really hard!  When I “eep” she backs off, and she only nibble grooms if I offer my fingers to her.  She is extremely dominant!

These three girls are very bonded with each other and should all be adopted together.  However, because of Millie’s dominance, I’m not sure they would make good cage mates with other rats.  Or, it would take A LOT of patience and work.  I’ve been trying to introduce them to my different rats and Millie gets pretty aggressive.  She hasn’t drawn blood, but she is relentless – even when another rat submits, she continues trying to pin and dominate them.  If she senses other rats, she also drags herself around scent marking everything.”
