These boys went to college with their owner, until the college evicted them for living in a dorm room without permission. They came into our custody on 4/27/16. They were neutered on 5/12/16 and can live with the ladies after 6/2.

Their foster says “They are such sweet cuddly boys.  I’m already getting kisses from them.”

Fostered by Monica in Rockport, MA:

ADOPTED

#2016126N, “Xavier”, Rat, Agouti, Berkshire, Standard Ears/Standard Coat, Male, DOB: 07/26/2015, Spayed/Neutered?: Yes

#2016128N, “Samuel”, Rat, Beige, Berkshire, Standard Ears/Standard Coat, Male, DOB: 07/26/2015, Spayed/Neutered?: Yes

UPDATE 4/29/16:

“They seem happy with the extra space but are a little nervous.

Xavier is more confident in the cage, loves giving kisses and will climb almost completely out on my arm, but he is more nervous outside of the cage and likes to have blankets or pillows to hide under during play time and doesn’t cuddle as much.

Samuel is more timid, but lets you pick him up and loves to cuddle. He also would rather lay by me during playtime then hide under things and likes being scratched.

Both love hammocks and toys with tops on them to snuggle inside and also like pieces of cloth or paper towel to fill their hides with. They also love veggies : )”

UPDATE 5/2/16:

“They are loving the food and I’ve been giving them a couple small pieces of veggies every night for “dinner”. I also added some litter boxes to their cage which they use about half the time, and they are finally running around the cage and playing.

I’ve also been bringing them out on the couch for a bit each night, and they have been hiding less and running around and getting cuddles. They are very sweet boys and normal house noise like the vacuum doesn’t bother them at all. They also completely ignore the cats.”
